About Me

Built on the same foundation I'm asking you to build on.

I'm a husband, father, filmmaker and truth seeker on a lifelong mission to close the gap between Heaven and Earth.

For the vast majority of my life, I operated the way most people do. Inside a system I didn't fully understand, and building on a foundation I never stopped to examine, but all the while knowing something was severely off.

As I continued to peel back the layers of this reality, that feeling only continued to increase, and I was eventually guided by an unseen hand to something ancient.

A body of knowledge older than any government, any tax code, any corporation, and rooted in stewardship, covenant, inheritance, and divine authority. The same principles that underlie Ecclesiastical and Trust Law. The natural law of the Most High, and our true birthright as Sons and Daughters of God and His providence here on Earth.

Most people building a business or a brand are completely blind to these structures. Exposed and unprotected to forces they are unknowingly consenting to, and building their legacies on borrowed ground.

That was me. And now it isn't.

What Is a Private Membership Association?

A Private Membership Association is a group of people who voluntarily associate under constitutional rights of free assembly and privacy. Operating privately means the association and its members engage outside the scope of public commerce, protected by the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments.

This isn't a technicality. It's a reflection of the same principles taught inside this course: that your standing in law matters, that how you structure your associations matters, and that operating in the private is a choice made from knowledge, not ignorance.

Camelot Ministries PMA is the container in which Sovereign Foundations operates. By signing the membership agreement, you are not just gaining access to a course. You are choosing to enter a private space intentionally, as a sovereign member, not a public consumer.

The structures themselves are real and lawful. The 508(c)(1)(a) Ministry, the Private Family Trust, and the Private Membership Association all rest on established law: the tax code, trust law, ecclesiastical law, UCC, and the constitutional rights of assembly and privacy. They have existed for centuries and are in use every day. What matters is how you use them. These are not loopholes or a way out of obligations you genuinely owe. Used correctly and honestly, for their true purpose, they are sound. I teach the knowledge and the structure. I do not give legal advice, and nothing here is a ruling on your specific situation. The execution, and the integrity behind it, is always yours.

The membership agreement is a private contract between you and Camelot Ministries PMA. It establishes your standing as a member of a private association, which is how access to everything inside is structured. It's not a subscription or a click-through terms of service. It's a real agreement, and that's intentional. You're not a public consumer here. You're a member. The agreement reflects that.

Yes, if you earn income, hold assets, or want to protect what you're building for your family, this is for you. You don't need to already have a ministry or a business. Most people who join are building something or about to. The structures taught here apply to anyone who wants to understand their standing and operate with intention.

Camelot Ministries is a Private Membership Association, the same kind of structure you'll learn about inside the course. Operating privately isn't a formality. It's a reflection of the principles taught here. Your membership is a private agreement between you and the association, not a public transaction.

The 508(c)(1)(a) Ministry and Private Family Trust structures are US-specific. If you're outside the US, some of the structural content may not apply directly to your jurisdiction. That said, the identity and stewardship foundations, which form the backbone of the course, apply universally.
